Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar (used less since the juice was sweetened...just added little by little to suit me)
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • i added: freshly grated ginger and a little peanut sauce.
