Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Mix sugar, margarine, sour cream, egg and pineapple in large bowl.
  3. Stir in remaining ingredients except Vanilla Frosting.
  4. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls about 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  5. Bake dough 8 to 10 minutes or until almost no indentation remains when touched in center.
  6. Immediately remove from cookie sheet.
  7. Cool completely.
  8. Prepare Vanilla Frosting:
  9. Mix ingredients until smooth and of spreading consistency.
  10. Spread on cookies.
