Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the orange juice.
  2. Stir over low heat till gelatin is dissolved.
  3. Stir in undrained crushed pineapple and the remaining orange juice.
  4. Chill till partially set.
  5. Fold in pears and green pepper, if desired.
  6. Turn mixture into a 6-cup mold.
  7. Chill till firm.
  8. Unmold onto a plate.
