Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly grease a shallow 2 quart baking dish.
  3. Drain pineapple, reserving 3 tablespoons of the juice.
  4. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the reserved juice, sugar and flour.
  5. Stir in the pineapple chunks and cheese, stirring well to mix.
  6. Spread mixture evenly in the greased baking pan.
  7. In a small bowl, combine the cracker crumbs with the melted butter, sprinkle evenly over the pineapple mixture.
  8. Bake about 25 minutes or until bubbly.
