Pineapple Fritters

Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups sifted all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/3 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix and sift dry ingredients,
  2. Add milk gradually, and eggs.
  3. Add drained pineapple to batter.
  4. Fry until light brown aprox 5 minutes
  5. Drin on paper towels and eat warm
