Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix together sugar and egg.
  3. Add flour, walnuts, crushed pineapple, baking soda, baking powder.
  4. Place thick batter in a 9x13 pan and bake for 30-40 minutes.
  5. For frosting cream the cream cheese and butter, add vanilla and powder sugar. Frost cool cake.
