Pineapple Cinnamon Salad

Ingredients:

  • 2 (20 oz) cans pineapple chunks
  • 1/2 package miniature marshmallow
  • 1 (8 oz) container fat-free cool whip

Directions:

  1. Cut pineapple chunks in half.
  2. Mix pineapple with juice, candy and marshmallows.
  3. Put in refrigerator overnite.
  4. Mix a few times to get pineapple coated with candy.
  5. 3 or 4 hours before seving, drain very well.
  6. Mix with Cool Whip (start with 1 cup till you meet desired consistancy).
  7. Refrigerate until serving.
