Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Soften the gelatin in the cold water.
  2. Heat the UNDRAINED crushed pineapple in a saucepan on medium low heat.
  3. Stir in the softened gelatin until it dissolves.
  4. Add the lemon juice and the sugar.
  5. Put in refrigerator and chill until mixture is partially set. (Time will vary depending upon your refrigerator).
  6. Whip the cream.
  7. Fold whipped cream, cheese and chopped walnuts.
  8. Pour into a 6-cup mold or 6 1-cup molds.
  9. Chill until set.
  10. Shortly before serving, place lettuce leaves on serving dish(es).
  11. Unmold onto the lettuce.
  12. Garnish with walnut halves.
