Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 1 quart baking dish.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the sugar, flour, and salt.
  4. Add eggs, pineapple with juice. Mix well.
  5. Pour into baking dish, top with bread cubes, and dot with butter.
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until top is golden brown.
