Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup pineapple , cut into pieces
  • 1 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar, flour, and salt.
  2. Add beaten egg, pineapple, and the juice,
  3. Cook in double boiler until thick.
  4. Add butter and mix well gain.
  5. Remove from heat and cool.
