Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350º Beat together sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. Add flour
  2. Baking powder, and pineapple with juice. Mix well.
  3. Pour into oiled 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes, or until toothpick
  4. Inserted into center comes out clean. Cool in pan 5 minutes
  5. On wire rack. Remove from pan. Cool completely before slicing.
  6. Makes 12 Servings.
