Ingredients:

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 12 slices of white bread
  • 2 cups sugar

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a blender, blend eggs, butter, sugar and pineapple until fairly smooth.
  3. In a casserole dish, break up slices of white bread, and pour in the blended mix.
  4. Bake covered for about 30 minutes. Remove cover and bake for an additional 15 minutes to allow the top to get brown.
