Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup ritz cracker crumbs
  • 2/3 cup sugar

Directions:

  1. Drain pineapple, reserving 1/3 cup of juice
  2. Place pineapple in a greased 11x7 baking dish, sprinlkle with cheese
  3. Combine the reserved juice sugar & flour pour over the cheese
  4. Combine crumbs w/ melted butter and sprinkle over flour mixture
  5. Bake 350 for 25 minutes
