Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. Prepare cornbread mix according to package directions. Set aside.
  3. Spray 8 square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.
  4. Arrange cooked sausages in baking pan.
  5. Layer sliced apples in between and on top of sausages.
  6. Pour cornbread batter on top of apples and spread to edges.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until cornbread is done.
  8. Serve with maple syrup.
