Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Chop basil in a blender.
  2. Add the remaining dry ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Through the top, slowly add enough olive oil to bind.
  4. Pour into a jar.
  5. Cover with a thin layer of olive oil.
  6. Store in the refrigerator till needed.
  7. When cooking your pasta, save 2-3 tbsp of the cooking water.
  8. Mix well with 3 tbsps of the pesto.
  9. Dress your pasta and stir well.
  10. Top with more fresh parmesan cheese.
