Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat the broiler
  2. Separate chicken wings and remove tips (kitchen scissors work fine)
  3. In a medium bowl, combine peanut oil and cayenne pepper; add chicken and turn till well-coated
  4. Place chicken on broiler pan rack and broil 8 inches from flame, turning occasionally, until crisp, about 20 minutes
  5. Meanwhile, prepare the dip
  6. In a bowl, whisk together yogurt, buttermilk, blue cheese, onion, and vinegar
  7. Transfer to a small serving bowl in the middle of a platter of chicken
  8. ENJOY
  9. *I always tend to have left over buttermilk, so I mix it with a small avocado and use it as a hair mask for about 20-30, Works great. It also works as a facial moisturizer. Just a tip for you ladies out there
