Pepperoni Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese
  • 1 (8 oz) package pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco sauce

Directions:

  1. Chop pepperoni and onions very fine. (I use a food processor for the whole process).
  2. Mix in cheese with pepperoni and onions.
  3. Add tabasco and mix again.
  4. Form into a ball with hands.
  5. If wanted, can roll in crushed pecans.
  6. Keep refrigerated until serving.
