Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Lightly spray frying pan and put it over med-low heat
  2. Crack egg into a bowl and beat in a few drops of water
  3. Pour egg into pan
  4. When the egg stars to set add diced up green bell pepper.
  5. Cook to your liking
