Ingredients:

  • breast frozen chicken in a bag. ( as many servings u want depending on family size) dice into small pieces.onions,or long onions sliced,bell peppers diced,garlic,mayo,chives, 1-1/2 celery 's diced

Directions:

  1. Dice however many pieces of breasted chicken you need, steam or boil for 30-40 mins until done.Sometimes the chicken it cooks faster when it is smaller size.While chicken is cooking, dice bell pepper,onion,green onion,celery. mix in a large bowl & refrigerate.When chicken is done drain excess liquid of. Cool for 5 min. Mix chicken in bowl of vegetables you have diced. Add a 1/2 cup of mayo , stir add 1 teaspoon of garlic & 1 teaspoon of chives.Mix well & serve w/ French bread or wheat/saltine crackers.My favorite time lunch..
