Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large glass bowl whisk together olive oil and lemon juice with paprika, cumin, ginger, oregano, salt and pepper.
  2. Stir in crushed tomatoes and cilantro.
  3. In a large pot of boiling water cook pasta for 12 minutes.
  4. Add shrimp and cook until 3 minutes longer.
  5. Drain and toss with tomato sauce.
  6. Serve with cheese.
