Ingredients:

  • (48 to 50)
  • crust
  • 2 cup. flour
  • 2 3 oz. package. cream cheese (soft )
  • 2 sticks oleo---chill this after mixing together (butter or margarine)
  • while this is chilling in ice box make filling.

Directions:

  1. FILLING:
  2. 3 eggs well beaten
  3. 2 c. brown sugar
  4. 3 Tbsps. melted butter
  5. 2 tsps. vanilla
  6. 1/2 c. chopped nuts (pecans)
  7. Make ball the size of walnut from chilled pastry.
  8. Place into bite size tins.
  9. With fingers make pastry cover sides and bottoms of tins.
  10. Add filling by teaspoons-(or pour out of pitcher).
  11. Bake in 350 oven about 20 to 25 minutes.
