Pecan Pie

Ingredients:

  • 2 2/3 cups flour
  • 200 g margarine
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp cold water
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups pecans

Directions:

  1. Mix base ingredients and press into a greased baking dish.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes at 200 degrees C.
  3. While it is cooking, mix the ingredients for the filling.
  4. Pour filling into base and bake for a further 30-45 minutes.
