Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup butter
  • 5 cups pecans
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream together Sugar,Butter,Eggs.
  2. Add Lemon and Vanilla.
  3. Add Flour ,mix well.
  4. Take Pecans and Chop in Blender a cup at a time
  5. .Mix into batter,pour into greased (sprayed) tube pan.
  6. Bake at 250 for 2 1/2 hrs.
