Ingredients:

  • 2 tsp butter
  • 6 firm ripe pears unpeeled and cut in half lengthwise cored then thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 cup brandy

Directions:

  1. Heat butter in skillet over medium high heat then add pear slices and cook 5 minutes.
  2. Turn slices then sprinkle with sugar and add brandy then ignite and swirl pan.
  3. Serve immediately.
