Ingredients:

  • 1 package chocolate graham crakers
  • 4 or 5 tbsp melted butter or margaine
  • in large zip lock bag crush graham crakers, add to medium size bowl. add melted butter a tbsp at a time, n mix add enough for the crumbs to hold together to make a crust(sorry this is approx as i rarely measure when i cook). pour crumbs into a pie pan n pat out n up the sides to form a crust. set aside
  • pinch salt
  • 21/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. In small bowl combine sugar n flour n set aside.I n meduim saucepan whisk together yolks salt n milk. Cook over low heat until warm, stirring constantly. Gradually whisk in sugar n flour mixture and continue to cook stirring constantly untill thickened(you want a cooked puddings consistency)Remove from heat add vanilla n peanutbutter stir til smooth.Pour into pie shell. Refrigerate couple hours till has set up.
  2. I also will crush a few extra cracker to sprinkle on top.
  3. On lazy or busy daysI will just serve this as a pudding with crushed graham crakers on top, or I'll line a 9x9 square pan with crakers n pour the pudding over the top.
