Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, cut butter into flour until crumbly.
  2. Stir in peanuts.
  3. Press into an ungreased 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish.
  4. Bake at 350 for 16-20 minutes or until lightly browned.
  5. Cool on a wire rack.
  6. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese, confectioners sugar and peanut butter until smooth.
  7. Fold in 1 1/2 Celsius whipped topping.
  8. Carefully spread over crust.
  9. In a bowl, whisk the milk and pudding mixes for 2 minutes.
  10. Let stand for 2 minutes or until soft-set.
  11. Carefully spread over cream cheese layer.
  12. Top with remaining whipped topping.
  13. Garnish with chocolate curls and additional peanuts if desired.
  14. Refrigerate until serving.
