Peanut Honey Balls

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup crushed wheat flake cereal (about 1 cup uncrushed)
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup nonfat dry milk solid
  • nonstick cooking spray

Directions:

  1. Reserve two tablespoons crushed cereal.
  2. Mix honey and peanut butter.
  3. Gradually add nonfat milk, mixing well.
  4. Spray hands with non-stick cooking spray and shape into 1/2 inch balls.
  5. Roll ball in reserved cereal.
  6. Chill until firm, about 1 hour.
  7. Store in refrigerator.
