Ingredients:

  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp. baking soda
  • 1-1/2 cups soft butter
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1 cup coconut

Directions:

  1. Mix together and form into balls. Leave a little room between cookies. Grease baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 Minutes.
