Ingredients:

  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup raisins

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Beat egg in large bowl. Add sugar. Mix. Add peanut butter and raisins. Mix. Place medium spoonfuls of dough onto greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove when cookies start to brown. Better to undercook than to overcook. Immediately place in freezer for 5-10 minutes. Yields about a dozen 2 inch cookies.
