Peanut Butter Snowballs

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Blend peanut butter, butter and powdered sugar.
  2. Add cereal and mix well.
  3. Shape into balls by teaspoonsful.
  4. Set balls on waxed paper.
  5. Freeze for several hours, up to overnight. (I prefer to simply refrigerate overnight and not to freeze at all.)
  6. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over medium-low heat; stir until smooth.
  7. Dip balls into melted chocolate, return to waxed paper until set.
  8. Recipe makes 4 to 5 dozen snowballs.
