Peanut Butter Or Coconut Cream Eggs

Ingredients:

  • 3 1/2 cup. + 2 tbsp. powdered sugar
  • 6 tbsp. butter
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 cup. + 2 tbsp. peanut butter or 1/2 cup. + 2 tbsp coconut
  • 1 1/2 tbsp. evaporated milk

Directions:

  1. Mix butter and peanut butter or coconut.
  2. Add vanilla
  3. Slowly add the powdered sugar.
  4. Add enough milk to make a nice dough.
  5. Shape, chill. Dip in chocolate. Cool
  6. Dipping chocolate
  7. Could use dipping chocolate wafers from the store or 63
  8. Chocolate chips melted with 2 tbsp. of oil.
