  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 cups oatmeal

Directions:

  1. Melt together margarine, peanut butter and honey.
  2. Add vanilla and salt.
  3. Add oatmeal and toss to coat completely.
  4. Spread on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375 about 10 minutes. Stir after 5 minutes.
  6. Store at room temperature in sealed container.
  7. Note.watch it closely while it bakes - it burns easily, especially around the edges where it's spread thinner on the pan.
  8. Also note - I omit the salt without noticing any change in flavour.
