  1. In a small saucepan over low heat combine vegetable broth, peanut butter, shallots, Worcestershire, garlic, sugar, salt and pepper and optional jalapeno. Cook until the mixture thickens, about 15 minutes, stirring constantly. Serve with celery sticks, grilled chicken fingers.
