Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup peanutbutter
  • 1/3 cup shortening
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cups brownsugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup peanutbutter
  • 4-5 tbsp milk

Directions:

  1. Cream together peanutbutter,shortening and vanilla. Gradually add brown sugar, beating till light and fluffy.Add eggs one at a time,beating well after each.Sift together dry ingredients, add alternately with milk.Fill cupcake liners placed in cupcake tin 1/2 full.Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or till tested done. Cool and frost
  2. Icing
  3. Blend peanutbutter and sugar, add enough milk to make a creamy consistency.
  4. I also use this icing to frost chocolate grahm crackers halves for a quick cookie in summer time.
