Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup margarine
  • 1 1/4 cups peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 2/3 cups flour

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. In a large bowl measure the margarine, peanut butter, and brown sugar.
  3. Using an electric mixer mix for 1 minute on medium speed.
  4. Add in egg and vanilla.
  5. In another bowl measure the flour, baking soda, and baking powder.
  6. Stir together.
  7. Add gradually.
  8. Scoop onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  9. Bake for 8-10 minutes.
  10. Remove to wire rack to cool.
