Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients (except chocolate) in a bowl (with hands like meat loaf).
  2. Note: The more you mix it with your hands, the less messy it gets & comes off your hands easier.
  3. Dump it in a 13x9-inch pan.
  4. Pound it, pat it (spank) firmly in pan.
  5. Melt chocolate in a double boiler.
  6. Pour melted chocolate over mixture in 13x9-inch pan.
  7. Bang pan flat on counter (it'll smooth out the chocolate).
  8. Refrigerate approximately 40 minutes or until it starts to harden.
  9. Then cut into approximately 8 rows & then across.
  10. I cut this into bite size pieces.
  11. (I use a pizza cutter. It really works well).
  12. Put back in refrigerator for a few hours or overnight.
  13. Best if kept refrigerated.
