Ingredients:

  • 2 1/4 cup sifted cake flour (this is important because it will make ur batter very smooth)
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/3cup peanutbutter
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla

Directions:

  1. Cream butter till light and fluffy
  2. Sift in flour sugar baking powder and salt
  3. Add peanut butter and 2/3c milk
  4. Mix untill all flour is dmpened
  5. Beat at low speed for 2 min
  6. Add 1/3c milk eggs and vanilla beat for another 2 min
  7. Pour in to 2 9 inc layer pans lined with grease and wax paper
  8. Bake in preheated oven 375 degreese for about 25 min cool 5 min
  9. Flip out and cool compleatly and frost
