Peanut Butter Apple Crumble!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp butter

Directions:

  1. Peel, core and slice apples and arrange in a shallow dish.
  2. Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  3. Mix sugar, flour and salt.
  4. Cut in peanut butter until crumbly.
  5. Spread evenly over apples.
  6. Dot with the 2 tablespoons of butter.
  7. Bake at 375 F for 50 minutes.
  8. Serve warm with whipped cream!
