Peanut Butter Apple Cake

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Directions:

  1. Cream first three ingredients together (peanut butter, brown sugar and butter).
  2. Beat in egg and applesauce.
  3. Add dry ingredients, being sure to mix them together on their own first.
  4. Pour in greased and floured 8 square pan and bake at 350 degrees 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. Cool before removing.
