Peanut Butter And Jelly French Toast

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread each of 4 bread slices with 1 tsp. peanut butter.
  2. Spread remaining bread slices with 1 tsp.jelly.
  3. Place jelly side down on top of slices with peanut butter.
  4. Cut each sandwich in half diagonally
  5. Stir together eggs and next three ingredients in a shallow dish
  6. Melt butter in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat.
  7. Dip sandwiches into egg mixture, evenly coating both sides.
  8. Cook sandwich halves, in batches, 2 1/2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
  9. Yield : 4 servings
