Peanut Brittle White Chocolate Cookies

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Set oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Grease a baking sheet.
  3. In a bowl, cream the butter and sugars until smooth.
  4. Add eggs, beating well; beat in vanilla.
  5. Combine the flour, dry pudding mix, baking soda and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture, and mix well.
  6. Stir in the vanilla chips, nuts and peanut brittle.
  7. Drop by tablespoonfuls 2-in apart on greased baking sheets.
  8. Bake for 10-12 mins, or until golden brown.
