Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375° and grease a baking sheet.
  2. Combine the flour, baking powder and salt.
  3. Add in the oats and raisins; mix well.
  4. Add molasses, sugar, jam, and shortening to the egg.
  5. Blend mixture well.
  6. Gradually add flour mixture.
  7. Drop by tablespoonfuls 3 inches apart onto baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12 minutes.
