Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan mix cornstarch, sugar,& cinnamon.
  2. Add water, peach juice,& lemon juice.
  3. Bring to a boil; stirring constantly for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Add peaches and heat through.
  5. Serve over ice cream or on pancakes for breakfast.
