  1. Oven temperature - 350.
  2. Put whole can of peaches in the bottom of a 9x13 cake pan.
  3. In seperat bowl mix rest of ingredients until crumbly.
  4. Sprinkle on top of peaches.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
