Two Easy Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup margarine or 1/4 cup butter
  • 5 slices white bread

Directions:

  1. Prehead oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Place fruit in buttered 8x8 pyrex.
  3. Cut crusts from bread and tear bread into fingers.
  4. Place bread over fruit.
  5. In bowl, mix sugar, flour, eggs and butter.
  6. Pour over bread and fruit.
  7. Bake for 35-45 minutes till golden brown.
