Ingredients:

  • 24 oz small curd cottage cheese
  • 16 oz cool whip
  • 2 (11 oz) cans peaches, diced & drained
  • 2 (3 oz) packages jello peach gelatin

Directions:

  1. Mix Cool Whip and cottage cheese, add Jell-o to taste, stir in peaches. Refrigerate to set. I usually let it cool overnight in the fridge.
