Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a Dutch oven cook bacon until crisp
  2. Remove and crumble, reserving drippings
  3. Saute onion in bacon drippings until tender
  4. Add salt and pepper
  5. Stir in flour and cook for one minute, stirring constantly
  6. Slowly add chicken broth; cook, stirring constantly until thick and bubbly Add potatoes, parsley and half & half; cook for 10 minutes
  7. Stir in cheese and sour cream.
  8. Garnish with cheese, bacon, chives and sour cream.
