Directions:

  1. Combine first 6 ingredients in a regular blender, or a cup for a hand blender.
  2. Blend well.
  3. Let sit for awhile if you have time. The flavors like to mingle. Otherwise skip to step 4...
  4. While blending the mixture, slowly pour the olive oil in.
  5. Toss with your salad and serve immediately!
