Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a shallow bowl, combine the first six ingredients.
  2. Place butter in another shallow bowl.
  3. Dip chicken in butter, then roll in cornflake mixture.
  4. Place in a greased 13-inch by 9-inch baking dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
