Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup flour , sifted
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tsp. freshly grated parmesant cheese

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450.
  2. In medium bowl, stir flour, salt and cream together until very smooth. Drop spoonsful onto a buttered baking sheet allowing for crackers to spread. Sprinkle each dot with parmesan and bake 5-6 minutes until lightly browned and crisp. Serve warm.
